The Late King

I remember the era when he first really made it as a solo artiste. And as a king. I used to turn on the music videos my parents have on him, and i remember sitting down, i was 9, listening to Beat It over and over again. My parents thought there was something wrong with me.

With guaranteed hits produced with Quincy Jones such as Billy Jean, Thriller, Beat It and so many more i can't even count, his death definitely came as a shock on that bleak Friday.

Did you notice how the sky was gloomy early in the morning and how it rained so heavily later on?
The world is mourning for the loss of a great king.

MJ definitely caused alot of controversy. With the whole child molestation case and his plastic surgery and skin bleaching.

Honestly, i believe that eventhough he was found guilty of the molestation charges, it was definitely more exaggerated than what really happened. If it did happen at all. Come on, he's famous, he has cash, who wouldn't lie to get that?

I found out the news on Mix.fm, on the way to college at 7 in the morning. I was definitely in shock. Because no one expected this. It was completely out of nowhere that all of the sudden, the king is gone.

Michael Jackson is one multi-talented black guy turned white. His tunes, his moves, carved and made history. So the next time we see a moonwalk or that whole stand on his toe thing and that crotch grabbing, we'd remember the tragedy of such a legend.

MJ created the era of pop music. His passing signifies the end of it.

Let his music live on in our hearts.
R.I.P. MJ.
